You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, create an account or place an order. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, and discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before your order is placed. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount charged. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Subscribe & Save enrollments are recurring. By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically every 30 days at the then-current subscription price, plus tax and shipping, until you cancel.

You may skip, pause or cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@x1day.com. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled order; changes made after an order has entered fulfillment apply to the following cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

Shipping timelines, return eligibility and replacement procedures are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, scraping or automated data collection without permission, interference with site security or operation, reverse engineering, or reselling our products without written authorization.

The X1 Day name, logo, product names including Morning Fast™, Meal Activator™ and Deeper Sleep™, site content, images and copy are owned by X1 Day Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X1 Day Inc. and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless X1 Day Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
