Privacy Policy

Information you give us at checkout or when you create an account: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order contents and any notes you provide. If you contact support, we keep the messages you send us.

Payment information: card numbers and payment credentials are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

We use your information to process and ship orders, manage subscriptions and renewals, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, improve our products and site, and — where you have opted in — send marketing email.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the transaction result. Stripe may also use transaction data for fraud prevention as described in its policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We send marketing email only to people who opt in — for example by checking the newsletter box or subscribing in our footer. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing support@x1day.com. Transactional messages about your orders, shipments and subscriptions are not marketing and will continue as long as you have an active order or account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to function. We honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser opt-out signals where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, analytics and hosting — and only for those purposes, or when required by law or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and satisfy legal, accounting and tax requirements, then delete or de-identify them. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live — including under the Washington My Health My Data Act and comparable state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To make a request, email support@x1day.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our site and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we will delete any such information we learn we have collected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page or by email.
