Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free; all other orders ship for a flat $7.95. Orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically every 30 days. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account — no fees, no phone calls.
Returns
If you're not satisfied, return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can't be returned for safety reasons, but if something's wrong with your order, email support@x1day.com and we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong items
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
